Ghala Heights Mixed-Use Development

Project Overview: This large-scale, mixed-use development spans a 146,000 sqm built-up area. It combines a four-star deluxe hotel, 58 serviced apartments, and three residential apartment blocks with a four-story podium that includes office and retail spaces. The complex also features a three-level basement car park for 1,200 vehicles.

Our Role: We delivered comprehensive fire and safety solutions for this large-scale project, ensuring all complex components met local and international safety standards. Our expertise in mixed-use fire safety, hotel fire protection systems, and residential fire safety design was crucial for this project.
