Sohar Aluminium Smelter Plant

Project Overview: Sohar Aluminium’s state-of-the-art facility features a 1.2 km long potline and uses advanced AP35 smelting technology to produce over 395,000 metric tons of high-purity aluminum annually. The site includes a Carbon Plant and a Cathouse with ingot casting lines.

Our Role: Our company provided a site-wide fire protection upgrade, enhancing the safety systems to meet the demands of this energy-efficient and high-production industrial smelter. Our work on this project showcases our expertise in industrial smelter fire protection and providing effective solutions for complex aluminum plant safety upgrades.
